Summer Hydration Tips

With the hot days of the summer upon us, its very important to remember when working out of doors to keep your body hydrated with water. Heat stroke and heat exhaustion are the most serious health illnesses caused by hot environments, and a real danger to people who work outside in the summer. Summer hydration is extremely important to avoid heat stroke and exhaustion.


In outdoor occupations and related activities such as construction, road repair, tarping and un-tarping of loads, loading and unloading trailers on cross docks and yards, summer sunshine is the main source of heat.
