NSTSA Course Cancellation Policy
Effective April 7, 2026
The Nova Scotia Trucking Safety Association encourages members, associate members and non-members to participate in our safety programs and courses we offer. As a not-for-profit organization in order to succeed and keep our costs affordable to our members and non-members alike, effective April 2026, all courses must be paid for in advance.
Registration for all courses is strongly recommended to ensure appropriate facilities and seating for all those planning to attend.
Notification is sent to each registrant prior to the course start date to confirm the course will be held on the scheduled date or due to low registration, will be rescheduled to an alternate date.
Although we do our best to accommodate those interested or requiring training. NSTSA operates Monday to Friday 8:30-4:00. Live Zoom training is available as well.
Substitutions
NSTSA is pleased to accept substitutions for its courses and events should the registration of one person within a company that has registered for one of our courses or events is unable to attend.
Cancellations
Registration cancellations for any of our courses and events will be accepted with 48 hours notice.
