Program for Reducing Back and Muscular Injuries

This past April, Nova Scotia Trucking Safety Association held our annual Trucking Safety Matters Conference. A guest speaker that presented at our annual event was Davy Snowdon from Pristine Condition. Davy gave a talk and demonstration on various causes of back and muscular injuries in our industries, related to manual handling of numerous things/products in the industry.

Pristine Condition has revolutionized manual handling through their knowledge of the mechanics of Olympic weight lifting and anatomical principles. Principles based on fact and over 300 years of weight lifting knowledge. For the first time ever this new tool has been introduced to industry. Quite simply – it works!

Davy Snowdon, a former Weightlifting World Record holder, conditioning expert for the Olympic Federation covering all sports for two Olympic Games, a National and staff coach for the British Weightlifting Team and lecturer for many governing bodies.

NSTSA is presenting a very unique opportunity for Pristine Condition to demonstrate to companies attending our event, exactly what Pristine has to offer to our members and guests. There will be hands on demonstrations, you can see first hand, how Pristine Condition create their training programs.
