The Nova Scotia Trucking Safety Association (NSTSA) membership consists of Industry firms classified under the following Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Codes at the Worker’s Compensation Board of Nova Scotia:
4561 – General Freight
4562 – Household Goods Moving & Storage
4563 – Liquid Bulk
4564 – Dry Bulk
4569 – Trucking Other
Any firm listed under any of the above five SIC codes will pay a 3% in addition to their workers compensation premium and are automatically members. Members can access any of the training provided by the NSTSA are reduced membership rates

Associate Membership
Nova Scotia Trucking Safety Association offers companies the opportunity to join as an associate membership. Becoming an associate member will reduce your costs for our training programs and services. Associate membership includes access to our industry events, strategic partnerships, electronic mail outs, newsletters, notifications and access to our resources.

Non Members
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training programs and safety audit services for the Safety Certification Program are offered to non-members. For details, please contact our office directly.
Any firms wanting to attend training provided by the NSTSA are welcome to do so and will be charged based on a cost-recovery basis. Seating is limited for various training seminars; therefore, Non-Members are welcome to attend based on seating availability.
